After 2 years standing in the workshop I decided to start the old guy up! sounded great then started to get a little hot !! put some water in radiator but it all hit the floor the frost had got to the block and cracked it, It’s taken a good year to find a replacement block now I just have to find time to remove engine and rebuild it,

Well it’s been about 10 years now since I last used the land rover and i’ve decided to let it go !

I’m going to remove the 6.5 and keep the for some other project (may-be a Bedford J0 pickup)
So currently removing 6.5 diesel and fitting a 3.9EFI v8 rover engine,
In my Project bay for the recreation to a 3.9 petrol, now to strip out the big Diesel
6.5 v8 Diesel removed
3.9EFI fitted in the whole,
Had to make a custom Radiator with oil and auto cooling in the ends,
It run nice and smooth sound good too, For best listening use head phones
