  3. Rebuilt rear end

Started on rear axle, Sent rear beam off for powder coating as it’s too big to fit in My Blasting Cabinet,

    After blasting

    Painted with aluminium paint

Rear beams back and looking good,

Time to fit it and get the Diff back in

Time to build some stiff mounts for them Boge self leveling Shocks

Custom Mount to fit Scorpio propshaft,

Time to make the Strong mounts for Boge self leveling shocks and fit them to rear arms

Some card templetes later and we have these 2 set off

Welded in place and looking good,

Also found it’s quiker to clean powder coating off with a grinder than the blaster,

Near side lower arm bracket welded and blasted ready to powdercoat

Hooo shinny like it Too hot to handle lol
