This is the second build of my RSP100 !! Like a fool I used some Ford Rosso Red to paint it BAD idea, My First Idea was Purpel and I should have Stuck to it !!? Well I had to start over, So here goe’s,

This project has sleept for a long time dew to other comitments but now it’s out of Hibernation,




















snoozing in the corner, Time to strip it down again?,
Very gruby but out at last,
Tub off and there’s a very mucky chassis under there lol
Got some more Wheels 17″ with 235/55/R16 tyres
Getting striped again dew to posible wiring fault in valley of engine
Mounted on Rollover jig going to change colour to Purpul
Time to wash off 5 years of dust

Had to repair some small area’s of the floor, Coated with stone chip protection,











Turning Purple I like it
Started on rear axle, Sent rear beam off for powder coating as it’s too big to fit in My Blasting Cabinet,



































































After blasting
Painted with aluminium paint
Rear beams back and looking good,
Time to fit it and get the Diff back in
Time to build some stiff mounts for them Boge self leveling Shocks
Custom Mount to fit Scorpio propshaft,
Time to make the Strong mounts for Boge self leveling shocks and fit them to rear arms
Some card templetes later and we have these 2 set off
Welded in place and looking good,
Also found it’s quiker to clean powder coating off with a grinder than the blaster,
Near side lower arm bracket welded and blasted ready to powdercoat
Hooo shinny like it Too hot to handle lol

Drivers side built up ready for Driveshafts
Passenger side built up ready for Driveshafts
Driveshafts checked and stripped also found antiroll bar,
Poped the shafts in the lathe and cleaned them up
The grease in here has dryed out and is full off crap,
All washed out and disassembled
One cleaned ready for powder coating,
All cleaned up ready for powder coating,
Powder coated just waiting for grease now to rebuild them,
Grease arrived all bult up
Fitted
Springs in Blue ready to fit
Shockers sorted ready
just the Calipers now
Well that’s the rear end apart from some brake pipes
This will be the third time this has been rebuilt for moving! hopefully the last time,
