I got this powder coating kit off eBay, Tested it in a standard oven from scrap pile,

The System from eBay
First test was an old vice I had sitting around for some years, I found if it’s heavy then pre-heat it before coating, But not bad for a first attempt,
First test oven a CDA SK210,
So now I need to build a bigger oven, I had an old Office styled double door cabinet, It will do just nicley, Stripped it down to install insulation,
More work to do on this one
Inside door
completed door
main carcass coming along Second door finished,
Added some strength to top for hanging rack
May be a bit over the top with the hanging points lol
got the doors on
The hanging system
Scruffy bottom lol
Getting some stuff done verry nice too
Just the bottom heaters to do now and a 32A supply

Control systems
This is the controls from the ovens that was scraped for controls think I will be useing a combination of both!
First electrical test,
All tested OK had to use selecta switch from other conrtol set
Controls mounted and wires run ready to connect to heaters
