  1. Got it back to workshop and built it up! found all sorts of bits and pieces? Draw deviders OMG this thing is very complete too good to use as intended!!

  2. Well after a good looking at the knee hole back panel is missing? I desided to strip it and see what I thought of it?

  3. Inside the desktop was in a poor state needed a complete strip down and rebuild, As I said before the bottom was very battered with vacuum cleaners ETC. So, I thought I’d do an upcycle style and paint some parts satin black and the insides of the draws blue, Yep sounds a bit yuk but trust me it will look great,

    Added some LED lighting

Added some USB speakers too for Laptop

as I stripped the small draws I found a nice two tone thing going on So I decided to do all the draws in the same style,

  4. Added a light oak trim to the bottom draws and finished them in a satin lacquer to match the desk top draws painted the insides blue,

  5. OMG it’s stripped and I love it, Some parts of it are well worn around the bottom were vacuums have knocked the corners off over the years ETC. I Decided to have a new back panel made by a local Joiner and 2.5″ put in the roll top a shelf under knee hole and a cross bar to give a little more strength to the whole thing,

A quick pre-build to look at the progress so fare
